PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of a driving transmission part as against pinching hair and engaging a foreign matter and also to make a depilating driving part and a head part small by arranging an over-load clutch in a driving transmission system between the depilating means for pulling-out hair and a motor being a driving source. SOLUTION: In a leaf spring 132 constituting the over-load clutch, arm pieces 132a come out from the plural places of the spring in the opposite direction of the rotation one, each support part 132b is disposed at the tip part of each arm piece 132a and also a positioning hole 132c and a screw insertion hole 132d are arranged. In case driving power being more than a set prescribed torque is transmitted, the support part 132d disposed in each leaf spring 132 comes off a lock part 131b, a large gear 131 skids as against a small gear 130 and driving power is not transmitted. Therefore, the driving transmission part is prevented from being damaged since the torque of the motor is interrupted in case of locking owing to pinching hair between gears or engaging the foreign matter.
