PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption during heat insulation. SOLUTION: A heating toilet seat device comprises a toilet seat 1 provided with a heater 10, and a toilet cover 2 for covering the seated face side of the toilet seat in a freely opened/closed state. The toilet cover 2 is formed of heat insulating material into a hollow body and provided with an opposed face opposed to the seated face of the toilet seat 1 through micro space. Since the toilet cover 2 is opposed to the seated face of the toilet seat 1 through micro space in addition to having heat insulating effect, heat radiation from the toilet seat is effectively suppressed by the toilet cover.
