PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To harmonize a tempura with an ice cream although both have been conventionally independent foods respectively. SOLUTION: This method for producing a tempura of ice cream 1 comprises a first process for forming an approximately hemisphere from a bread dough to give a bread treated in about 70% baking, a second process for horizontally cutting the bread obtained by the first process at fixed height from the bottom of the bread, separating a disc-like bottom part 1B2 from a bread main body and removing the contents of the bread to form a hollow, a third process for packing a soft ice cream IC to the hollow and covering the packed ice cream with the disc-like bottom part 1B2, a fourth process for freezing the bread packed with the ice cream at a fixed temperature and a fifth process for attaching a coating 1D to the bread and frying the bread at a given temperature.
