PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chocolate composition comprising powdery particles of chocolates containing a uniformly dispersed crystalline seed of an oil and fat, and a specific amount of the oil and fat having fine particle diameter, having properties for keeping the shape at high temperature and hardly causing blooming even in summer. SOLUTION: The objective chocolate composition comprises powdery particles of chocolates containing a crystalline seed of an oil and fat, preferably uniformly dispersed, and 15-30 wt.% oil and fat, and obtained by carrying out a compression molding of the obtained composition preferably under 100 kg/cm2-3 ton/cm2 pressure. Preferably, the temperature of the powder of the chocolates subjected to the conching is regulated, and thereafter the crystalline seed is added to the temperature-regulated powder and uniformly dispersed in the powdery particles of the chocolates.
