PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate having a highly adhesive strength without adhesive layer by laminating a layer made of a polyphenylene ether resin composition and a layer made of a resin composition containing a polar group other than the former layer. SOLUTION: As an embodiment of a polyphenylene ether resin (A), a poly (2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene ether) is used. As a copolymer (B) containing a vinyl aromatic compound andα,β-unsaturated cyclic acid anhydride or the like as polymerization units, a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer is preferable, wherein the former layer is a layer made of a resin composition containing (A) and (B) so that a weight ratio of the (A)/(B) is 50/50 to 99/1. Further, the latter layer is a layer made of a resin having a polar group and/or a resin composition containing a polar group. Thus, the laminate obtained by laminating the former layer and the latter layer is obtained. Thicknesses of the respective layers are not particularly limited.
