PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct waterproofing works, in which lightweight quick flooring works having strength can be executed, easily. SOLUTION: A deck plate 90 having a corrugated shape is arranged, and header plugs 94 are disposed while being opposed to both side faces of the deck plate 90. A tension reinforcing mechanism 95 is arranged between the header plugs 94, and the header plugs 94 are pulled mutually. The tension reinforcing mechanism 95 is composed of bolts 96, hooks 98 retained to the bolts 96 and a PC steel wire 99. Freshly mixed concrete is poured into a partition surrounded by the deck late 90 and the header plugs 94 and a floor is manufactured.
