PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding bicycle, foldable to be compact with a minimum number of folding points, enabling easy and positive locking and unlocking operations, and allowing even an unaccustomed user easy handling. SOLUTION: This folding bicycle adopts two conditions; a riding locked condition where the side of a rear frame 7 is coplanar with respect to a front frame 1, and an unlocked condition where the side of the rear frame 7 and the front frame 1 are folded such that they are overlapped. This folding bicycle is structured such that locks on the side of the rear frame 7 is unlocked with respect to the front frame 1 interlocked with a folding of a seat frame 3. In association with folding of the seat frame 3 unlocked by the release of a quick bottom lever 11 around an eccentric shaft 16, a support tube 20 moves upward causing a separation of a first lock ring 2 from a second lock ring 9. This mechanism enables folding of the side of the rear frame 7 over the front frame 1 making the support tube 20 as a folding point.
