PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient draining capacity by arranging a projecting a streak along the extending direction in the outer wall pavement corner of a side-ditch with a drop-in cover, and arranging drain holes penetrating below a cover receiving small step in the side-ditch at proper intervals from a projecting streak corner surface. SOLUTION: A side ditch closed conduit 1 with a drop-in cover is arranged on the side end of water draining pavement 2, a projecting streak 8 corresponding to a thickness of the water draining pavement 2 is arranged on one outside surface being a pavement corner of a cover receiving part side wall of side-ditch 5, and drain holes 11 penetrating below a cover receiving small step 7 in the side-ditch from the corner part 4 are arranged at proper intervals. When there is no projecting streak, drain holes penetrating below a cover in the side-ditch are arranged at proper intervals so as to continue in an L shape with a vertical groove 10. Permeating rainwater into the pavement is uniformly drained along the extension of a road from these drain holes. Since surface water impermeable into the pavement is dropped/drained in the side-ditch from a slit 9 arranged in a cover board 6 set in the side-ditch 5, a road surface is hardly flooded, so that sufficient draining capacity of the road can be provided.
