PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To least either facilitate press-in of two members or to improve shock- resistance. SOLUTION: Preceding to press-in of two members 10, 14, holding devices 32,34 are both moved to the retreat positions and two members 10, 14 are set. At this time, electric heaters 70, 110 are heated to a temperature a little lower than the softening temperature of polycarbonate which is a material for two members 10, 14. When the holding device 32, 34 are moved to the operating position, and pressurized air is supplied from an air tank 104, kinetic energy directing to approach the second member 14 is applied to the first member 14 to be pressed in the second member 14. By heating two members 10, 14, press-in is facilitated and shock resistance is improved so that damage of two members 10, 14 can be favorably prevented. |
