PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous type apparatus for boiling soybeans capable of boiling a Go liquid (a ground soybean liquid) without unevenness in the continuous type apparatus for boiling the soybeans composed so as to successively make the Go liquid flow to plural boiling vessels for mixing the Go liquid with steam and heating the Go liquid and carry out the boiling and cooking of the Go liquid. SOLUTION: This continuous type apparatus for boiling soybeans is obtained by installing a boiling vessel having an inflow port 12 for a Go liquid at the lower end of a cylindrical unit 10, arranging a horseshoe-shaped steam jetting pipe 14 with the tip obliquely upwardly directed above the inflow port 12, providing two steam jetting holes 16 on the top surface of the steam jetting pipe 14 and two steam jetting holes 17 at the tip thereof, installing a porous plate 18 just on the steam jetting pipe 14, arranging a similar porous plate 21 at the top of the cylindrical unit 10, filling many baffle rings 22 in the space between both the porous plates 18 and 21, covering the outer periphery of the cylindrical unit 10 with a heat insulating layer 11 and is capable of mixing the Go liquid fed from the inflow port 12 with the steam jetted from the steam jetting holes 16 and 17 of the steam jetting pipe 14 in the interior of the cylindrical unit 10, slowly heating up the Go liquid and feeding the heated Go liquid from a discharge port 13 to the next boiling vessel. |
