PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a gate for wheelchair without having any movable section and to enable the prevention of the entry of a motor bicycle into the gate for wheelchair. SOLUTION: Two P-shape post members 2 are arranged both in front and in the rear so as to overlap with each other at a proper interval and are connected with joint pipes 5 and 6 to form gate posts 1. A guide plate 7 functioning as a guide for a wheelchair user to pass through and, at the same time, functioning as a guard preventing the changeover of a handle of a motor bicycle is provided between round parts of heads 2c of two P-shape post members 2 in each of the gate posts 1. The round parts of the heads 2c of the P-shape post members 2 on both sides are opposed to each other at the height coming into contact with the upper parts (handle and rearview mirror) of the body of the motor bicycle, a passage letting the wheelchair pass is formed between legs 2b and, at the same time, a pair of gate posts 1 are fixed to the ground surface with concretes 4 so that such a gate interval as the wheelchair user can pass through between the round parts of the heads 2c and as the motor bicycle can not pass through is formed.
