PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water and oil-repellent and soil resistant conjugate fiber excellent in yarn productivity, processability and resistance to washing, and useful for knit fabric or the like by composing it of a specific external layer, interlayer, and internal layer. SOLUTION: This three-layered conjugate fiber comprises an external layer, interlayer, and internal layer, wherein the external layer is of a thermoplastic resin adaptable to alkali reduction treatment, e.g. polyethylene terephthalate (copolymer), wherein the interlayer is of a fluorine-based polymer or of a thermoplastic resin containing >=2 wt.% of a fluorine-based polymer, and wherein the internal layer is of a thermoplastic resin of e.g. polybutylene terephthalate. The weight ratio of the interlayer to internal layer is (2 to 98) to (30 to 70), and the thermoplastic resin of the internal layer pref. comprises an antistatic agent.
