PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a flat and glossy coated plate. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a coated plate 10 is produced by pasting a decorative paper 13 on a base plate 11 made of an inorganic plank material. The manufacturing method consists of a process for pasting the decorative paper 13 on the base plate 11 applied with a sealer, a process for treating the base plate 11 having the decorative paper 13 pasted thereon with a primer and then applying a sanding sealer onto the board, a process for smoothing the surface of the decorative paper 13 with a belt sander or a brush and a process for overcoating the surface of the decorative paper 13.
