PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional sheet member, having excellent air venting performance, water permeating performance, water shielding performance, shock absorbing performance, heat insulating performance, sound shielding performance, sound absorbing performance and the like, easy in handling since a bonding strength is high and, further, facilitated in the manufacture thereof. SOLUTION: A foaming sheet 2 is arranged integrally with a synthetic resin- made three-dimensional sheet 1, having continuous air gaps 10 by forming a multitude of projections 11 on the surface of the same, on the surface, on which the projections are formed, so as to be arranged along the projections 11 formed on the surface of the synthetic resin-made three-dimensional sheet 1. According to this method, air gaps can be formed on both sides of the three-dimensional sheet member whereby a sheet member, prominent in air venting property, water permeating property and the like, can be obtained.
