PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, easily and safely insert and remove a shoe clamp spring pressing a brake shoe of a drum brake with a dedicated tool, without using a plier, a radio pench or the like in the operation of inserting and removing the spring. SOLUTION: A non-slip projecting part 2 and a magnet 3 are provided on the shoe clamp spring contact surface of a shoe clamp spring insert and remove tool 1, whereby a shoe clamp spring 4 can be pushed to be turned and held.
