PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent filtration obstruction even if microorganisms rapidly increase. SOLUTION: The number of microorganisms, before they flow in a filter basin 33, is detected from a reception well 31 by using a filtration obstructing microorganism monitor 11. In the filtration obstructing microorganism monitor 11, the kinds and number of microorganisms per unit volume are detected by monitoring to input the detection results to a judgment means 12 and to input the differentiated values of the kinds and number of microorganisms per unit volume to the judgment means 12 through a differentiating means 13. Besides these input, the duration time, which is set by a timer 34, of a filter basin 33 and filtration pit detecting signals detected by a filtration pit detecting part 35 are input to the judgment means 12. When theses four inputs exceed the preset threshold values, the judgment means 12 sends a notification signal to prevention equipment through a signal generation part 14 to make a filtration obstruction prevention treatment begin.
