PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject product at a low cost without needing an expensive mold in production of a press-out plate and to eliminate problems to need furnishing of a seal cutter with a refuge, etc. by using the press-out plate having star pressing and pushing out holes produced from a polyethylene film. SOLUTION: A press-out plate 2 having an external round shape is produced from a polyethylene film 6 to be hardly deformed more than a plastic film. A polygonal star press-out hole 2' alternately having projected parts 2'a and recessed parts 2'b are bored through the press-out plate 2. An opening part a little larger than the press-out hole 2' is bored through a plastic film for forming a pillar-shaped baggy packing body. The plate 2 is thermally bonded to the opening part and the opposite face of the plate 2 is coated with an easy peel for stain prevention. The lower part of the pillar-shaped baggy packing body is sealed, a raw material ice cream at -10 to 0 deg.C is packed into the packing body and the upper part of the packing body is sealed. The packing body is rapidly frozen to -30 to -40 deg.C and stored. The ice cream is heated by request of a customer, the easy peel is removed and the ice cream is packed into a container.
