PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the control of lifting up and down for a transplantation always adequately not affected by the front and rear tilting of a transplanter body. SOLUTION: This rice plant transplanter is provided by installing an elevation and lowering sensor 79 for detecting the change in a distance between a transplanting part and a paddy surface, a hydraulic lifting up and down- controlling mechanism performing the control of the lifting up and down of the transplanting part based on the detection of the sensor 79 and a tilt sensor 101 for detecting the front and rear tilting of the transplanter body, and correcting the hydraulic sensitivity VI of the hydraulic lifting up and down- controlling mechanism with an output signal of the tilt sensor 101.
