PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a high voltage wire from being broken through contact with a power transmission gear when it is wired closely thereto. SOLUTION: A high voltage wire 25 is wired closely to a power transmission gear 20 and a member 26 for covering the high voltage wire 25 and partitioning it from the gear 20 is fixed closely to the gear 20. The cover member 26 prevents the high voltage wire 25 from coming into contact with the gear 20 and the high voltage wire 25 is protected against breakage due to such a contact.
