PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety sign capable of adding more natural beauty than usual thereto to give calmness to passengers, the persons related to construction and operators, and promoting safety, functional efficiency as a sign and convenience. SOLUTION: A safety sign is constituted of a base section 1 having an independent function and a design indicating section 2 for animals and plants borne on the base section. Then, the base section having the independent function is constituted of leg frames 3 and 4 capable of being opened and closed, the design indicating section for animals and plants mainly uses such animals as elephant or the like, it is independent by the leg frames to be opened, or the base section is formed of a cubic block such as truncated cone or the like and has an independent function based on load, and the design indicating section for animals and plants shows a flower shape constituted of flowers such as tulip, sunflower or the like and stalks.
