PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject food having a high transfer ratio of vitamin K3 to vitamin K2 in egg, vitamin K2 in a high concentration and high safety without individual difference by feeding a vitamin K3-containing feed to chickens for gathering white eggs and raising the chickens. SOLUTION: A feed containing 10-100 ppm, preferably 20-100 ppm vitamin K3 is fed to chickens for gathering white eggs and the chickens are raised. For example, menadione sodium hydrogensulfite, menadione bisulfite dimethylpyrimidinol, etc., may be cited as vitamin K3. Maria, TX-35, XL LINK, etc., may be cited as the chickens for gathering white eggs. When the objective feed is fed to the chickens, since most vitamin K3 is changed into vitamin K2 in chicken body and is transferred to white eggs as vitamin K2 in a high ratio, the objective feed is supplied for >=14 days.
