<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for processing cellulose base material improving adhesion to cellulose base material without damaging the merit of a case using a polyvalent oxazoline compound, and useful for binder of pigment printing or the like by including a compound capable of reacting with both of hydroxy group and carboxy group. SOLUTION: This composition includes (A) a polymer including carboxy groups and (B) a polyvalent oxazoline compound as indispensable components and (C) a compound capable of reacting with both of hydroxy group and carboxy group, preferably, a blocked isocyanate compound. The composition preferably includes a water dispersible or water soluble acrylic resin or the like as the component (A), polymer including oxazoline group as the component (B) and blocked isocyanate such as toluene diisocyanate or the like as the component (C).</p> |
