PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a member in a short time when the member such as a collet is broken. SOLUTION: Members such as a retainer 9, a collet 7, a coil spring 10 and a front draw bar 32 screw-coupled with a draw bar main body 31 are stored in a spindle 1 removably from the front end of the spindle 1. A receiving member such as a removable snap ring 12 supporting the rear end of the retainer 9 is provided between the front end of a pedestal 8 on the inner peripheral face of the spindle 1 and the rear end of a taper hole 2a, thus a broken member such as the collet 7 can be replaced and repaired.
