PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a thread rewind part by watching the thread tensile force after connecting the needle thread and the bobbin thread and by operating a supply bobbin replacement by a controller, when exceeding the presettable limit value. SOLUTION: When a thread 22 is cut in rewinding a spinning cup 12 in a winding position 1 to a traversing package 14 or the thread 22 is cut by a thread cutter 52 based on a defect signal corresponding to a thread clearer 44, a rewind part 10 abruptly reduces the tensile force formed by a thread tensile force sensor 54. A dynamic signal of the thread fed by the thread clearer 44 is also interrupted. An operation computer 32 allows a package frame 64 to be lifted from a winding drum 60 right away via a drive device, the needle thread wound around the circumferential face of the traversing package 14 to be pressed in the package inside to prevent the thread end from becoming unable to be stored by a suction nozzle 66. The traversing package 14 is stopped by a package brake. A sensor 28 checks the presence/absence of the bobbin thread 34 and reports by a corresponding signal right away.
