PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate prevention of sticking of resin to an inner wall of a reaction vessel and washing of a reaction product by allowing washing liquid to flow down almost uniformly over the whole periphery of the inner wall of the reaction vessel. SOLUTION: A washing liquid injection hole 20 is provided to a stopcock body part 9 to be inserted into a mouth part 4 of a reaction 1, and an under surface 12 of the stopcock part wherein the washing liquid injection hole 20 is made is formed on a conic surface having a center of the washing liquid injection hole 20 as an apex. A reaction liquid injection hole 13 penetrating through the under surface 12 of the stopcock body part from an upper surface of a knob part 10 is formed. An axial direction groove 15 is formed on an inner wall of the reaction liquid injection hole 13. The under surface 12 of the stopcock body part is inclined to the axis.
