PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an antidewing object from being excessively cooled by controlling a heat exchanger side temperature so that a temperature difference between an antidewing object temperature and the heat exchanger side temperature becomes a preset value in the vicinity of 0 or less, and applying the air to the inside surface of the antidewing object. SOLUTION: A front glass temperature detecting means 1 detects a temperature T0 of the front glass inside surface. An evaporator temperature detecting means 2 detects a temperature TE of an evaporator. An operation means 3 calculates a temperature difference (T0-TE) between the temperature T0 of the front glass inside surface and the temperature TE of the evaporator. A compressor operation control means 4 stops an operation state of a compressor when the temperature difference (T0-TE) is a preset value (here, '0') in the vicinity of 0 or more to be changed to weak operation, and controls so that the temperature difference (T0-TE) becomes the preset value (0) or less to thereby control a heat exchanger side temperature so that the temperature difference T0-TE between a temperature (an antidewing object temperature) T0 of the front glass inside surface and a temperature (a heat exchanger side temperature) TE of the evaporator becomes the preset value (0) or less.
