PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress impact on the chest of an occupant caused by the preceding entry of a door upper part into the cabin interior at the time of a side collision in automobile door structure with an impact beam disposed inside an outer panel and with a door glass rail disposed in a space between the outer panel and an inner panel. SOLUTION: A fragile part 17 is formed at a guide rail, in a position intersecting an impact beam 7 from the side view. At the time of a side collision, an outer panel 2 and the impact beam 7 are deformed and moved toward the inner panel 3 at the lower part of a door 1. When the impact beam 7 abuts against the guide rail 6 to apply impact load, the guide rail 6 is easily bent at the fragile part 17 so as to prevent the preceding entry of the upper part of the door 1 into the cabin interior due to the transmission of load to the upper part of the door 1 through the guide rail 6.
