PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hollow shock absorbing body fixing structure for fixing a hollow shock absorber easily to a structural member, utilizing the excellent property of the hollow shock absorbing body such as a metal pipe or a hybrid pipe. SOLUTION: Structure of connecting a plurality of hollow shock absorbing bodies 20, 22, 24 and fixing them to a structural member of a vehicle body is provided with joint members 30, 32 having fitting ends 34, 35 fitted to the respective opposed ends 21, 23 of two adjacently positioned shock absorbing bodies, and fitted to the structural member 1.
