PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep compatibility between a riding comfort and steering stability at the time of turning by providing a valve operation mechanism for keeping a three-way valve in a communicated state when right and left wheels are displaced in the same direction so as to connect a wheel side member to a three-way valve attached to piping for connecting an air tank and a pair of right and left air springs. SOLUTION: When right and left wheels are at the same height as a body, control ports 621 to 623 of a three-way valve 6 are communicated with communication ports 611 and 613 respectively. When same phase input for concurrently lifting the right and left wheels in this state, right and left wheel side members 1a and 1b are concurrently displaced upward for the body, thereby causing inner cables 742 and 752 to push a lever 72 together. As a result, the lever 72 turns around a support pin 73, but a lever 71 is maintained in a state as illustrated, the three-way valve 6 is not changed over and as left and right air springs 2 and 3 are communicated to a sub-air tank 5, a small spring constant is maintained and a riding comfort becomes good.
