PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a strong adhesive strength for not only a vinyl chloride resin but also for a metal or particularly lead, copper or the like by forming an outermost layer of a multilayer film made of specific two layers. SOLUTION: The multilayer film comprises an (A) layer containing a polyester resin and an epoxy group-containing ethylene copolymer or a them and ethylene copolymer as resin components at its outermost layer, and a (B) layer containing a polyolefin modified with a maleic anhydride as a resin composition. In this case, as the polyester resin, a polycondensate of a carboxylic acid and the like and a glycol and the like, and as the epoxy group-containing ethylene copolymer, a copolymer of an ethylene and an unsaturated glycidyl carboxylate or the like is used. As the polyolefin, for example, an ethylene copolymer or the like having a repeating unit derived from the ethylene and a repeating unit derived from the maleic anhydride is used. The multilayer film is preferably manufactured at 160 to 200 deg.C.
