PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide with the pencil hardness value of 4H or more within a practically allowable range in adhesion between a hard coat layer and a substrate, crack upon bending a film, curl in the film and the like. SOLUTION: A hard coat film is provided with a cured resin film layer on at least one side of a transparent plastic film or a sheet substrate 1. In this case, the cured resin film layer is constituted of the cured resin film layer of double-layered structure, in which a cured resin layer, satisfying the range of Vickers hardness of 10-400, is provided on the substrate 1 as a first hard coat layer 2 and a cured resin layer, satisfying the range of Vickers hardness of 8-300, is provided on the substrate 1 as a second hard coat layer 3 sequentially.
