PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the perfect printing and reduce wastes by forming a recess at least on one face of a label base to be printable, applying a bonding agent layer on the recess, providing a release piece bonded on the recess and formed flush as the label base and applying a release agent on its adhesive face side. SOLUTION: A recess 2 is formed on one face of a label base 1, and an adhesive mass 3 is applied on the bottom face of the recess 2, and a release piece 4 is stuck on the adhesive mass 3. The release piece 4 is formed into the thickness forming the same plane as one face of the base 1 when being stuck. A release agent 5 is applied on the adhesive face of the release piece 4 for the adhesive mass 3. The release agent 5 is made to adhere weakly on the adhesive mass 3 and provided with the nature of being released by drawing the release piece 4 strongly, and for example, a silicone film is selected. As a result, recesses and projections are not generated on both faces of the base 1, and printing can be carried out surely and highly definitely on both faces of the base 1 by various kinds of printer. The release piece 4 and the release agent 5 are released after printing to reduce the amount of wastes to be released and removed.
