PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring both a panel and assembling tools into close contact with each other, and to improve strength of a box body integrally formed of these by making grooves of the assembling tools having an optimal width corresponding to a panel thickness when assembling the box body by using the assembling tools. SOLUTION: The edges of both side surfaces of a panel being a side plate of a box body are inserted into grooves 3 formed between the long side 1 of a cross-sectional L-shaped base material of symmetrically placed respective assembling tools and the projecting part 2 projecting in a cross-sectional L-shape from this long side 1 so that this is used as the side plate. Next, two side plates are connected by a panel of a single rear plate by inserting the edges of both side surfaces of the panel into the respective grooves 3 of the assembling tools for preinstalling a panel being a rear plate on one side surface of symmetrically placed respective side plates to thereby form a frame of a plan view of an H-shape. When a top plate and a bottom plate are installed in this frame, the box body is formed.
