PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To machine the outer peripheral face, grooves, counterweight side face and journal thrust of a pin journal and a main journal without reducing the number of tips. SOLUTION: Multiple tips are removably fitted to the inner peripheral section of a ring-shaped cutter main body 1 at intervals in the peripheral direction in this cutter device for a crankshaft miller. Multiple formed tips 4 concurrently machining the grooves 2b at both ends of the pin journal and main journal 2a of a work 2, journal thrust 2c continued to the grooves 2b, and the side face of a counterweight 2d are removably fitted to the inner peripheral section of the cutter main body 1 at intervals in the peripheral direction. The machining faces of the work 2 can be concurrently machined by few tip trains, the number of tips for each tip train can be increased, thereby the machining time can be shortened, and productivity is improved.
