PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boil-processing apparatus that can produce boiled fishes of high commercial value without insufficient time of boiling, damage of the boiled product during the boiling an/or the conveying and adhesion of lye by combining an independently separated boiling unit of a screw feeder type with that of a water-flow type. SOLUTION: In the basic design, the kettle for boiling small fishes comprises the screw feeder tank 21 to which raw small fishes are continuously fed and the water flow tank that is independently arranged from the screw feeder tank 21 and is equipped with a heat source for boiling the raw small fishes. Further, the water flow tank to which the raw small fishes are fed is arranged on the primary side, while another water flow tank 23 is arranged on the secondary side independently from the water flow tank on the primary side. Alternatively, the screw feeder tank 21 is arranged on the primary side and the screw feeder tank is arranged on the secondary side, too, or the water flow tank 23 is arranged on the primary side, while the screw feeder tank 21 is arranged on the secondary side. |
