<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthetic appliance for a blood vessel to be used for restoring the aneurism in the abdominal aorta of a patient. SOLUTION: This transplanting piece assembly has a transplanting piece 20 with the base end, tail end and the length in the axial direction and an anchor 30' with the base end, tail end and the length in the axial direction. At least the length in the axial direction of the anchor 30' and that of the transplanting piece are the same, and at least the base end and the tail end of the anchor 30' are elastically expansible, and the transplanting piece 20 and the anchor 30' are connected to each other by at least two diagonal long shaft-type segments 33 and 35. The long shaft-type segments extend between the base end and the tail end of the anchor 30', and can transmit the compressive force in the radial direction from one end to the other end of the anchor 30'.</p> |
