<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly and unpacking operation of a packing apparatus by connecting an intermediate frame with a top frame with corner pillars inserted into respective corner through holes and corner holes, and by mounting a packing frame assembled of the intermediate frame, the top frame and the corner pillars on a base. SOLUTION: The packing apparatus 1 includes a base as a bottom plate, a top frame 3 made of a compressed corrugated fiberboard, an intermediate frame 5 for supporting lower ends of corner pillars 4 for preventing them from falling down, and the corner pillars 4. First, a freezer for example is mounted on the base, and the freezer is fixed by bolts and nuts. Since lateral and depth sizes of the intermediate frame 5 are slightly larger than those of the freezer, the intermediate frame 5 is mounted on an upper face of the base to surround an outer periphery of a pedestal of the freezer. The lower ends of the corner pillars 4 are respectively inserted into corner through holes 13 at four corners of the intermediate frame 5 for standing, and upper ends of the corner pillars 4 are respectively inserted into corner holes 16 of the top frame 3, completing a frame of the packing apparatus 1. Thereafter, the frame is bound by a polypropylene band through spaces of the top frame 3 and the base, thereby preventing the base, the corner pillars 4 and the top frame 3 from being disconnected.</p> |
