PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a speedy, effective and accurate computation of fluence by providing a scattering plane, dividing the plane into a plurality of sections, obtaining a scattering strip on the scattering plane, and then obtaining a fluence value on the scattering strip. SOLUTION: When a radiation beam is applied through a flattening filter 200, the radiation flows via a dose chamber 204, and comes to a patient via a collimeter aperture 208 of a collimeter 19. In this case, temporarily provided plane (scattering plane 202) divided into a plurality of rectangular blocks are disposed between the filter 200 and the chamber 204. Then, scattering strips having at least two sections of a plurality of sections on the scattering plane 202 are obtained. The scattering strip is associated with a computation point on a computation plane 210, and a fluence value on the scattering strip is obtained by searching a specified value. |
