At this time, a water block is formed in a pipeline, so that a degree of vacuum supplied to the vacuum actuating valve 1 reduces since this accumulates, and when reaching preset vacuum pressure, an intake valve 8 opens to start sucking of outside air to carry the waste water together with air. When the water block is released by continuously sucking the outside air, a high degree of vacuum of the faucet tip reaches the intake valve 8 to close the intake valve 8. An opening/closing control valve is arranged in an air introducing pipe 6, and when an abnormal reduction in a degree of vacuum of the vacuum sewer pipe 100 continues for fixed hours or more, the opening/closing control valve is forcedly closed to stop a continuance of excessive intake air to thereby stabilize a vacuum type sewer system.
