PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply water to a wash water storage tank as well as to supply water to a toilet bowl by supplying hand-washing water by arranging the pipe connecting part on the outlet side of a toilet water supply valve together with an outlet orifice. SOLUTION: A toilet water supply valve 10 is fixed to a side wall 18 of a storage tank 14, service water is supplied through an inlet pipe 81, a float 52 lifted along a guide member 56 is fixed to a rod 61, and a valve lever 58 of the water supply valve 10 can be tilted. When storage water is made to flow down to a toilet bowl by opening a flush valve 34, the float 52 descends to tilt the valve lever 58 downward to supply service water to the tank 14 from an outlet orifice of the water supply valve 10. At the same time, hand- washing water is supplied to a sink 27 formed in an upper cover 23 of the tank 14 from a faucet 30 through a flexible pipe 90 connected to the water supply valve 10 to be supplied to a toilet bowl through an overflow tube 41 from a tube 92. Thus, water can be supplied to plural places by the water supply valve 10.
