PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a material to be carried in a prescribed weight range irrelevant to the weight by providing a mechanism automatically adjusting the position of a load detection sensor according to load in the load detecting sensor equipped in a crane hoisting accessory. SOLUTION: A coil carrying and hoisting accessory is provided with left/right claw parts 5a hoisting a coil in the bottom of an opposed side of a pair of left/right arm parts and a protecting member 13 is provided in the claw part 5a. A load detecting sensor 8a detecting the hoisting of the coil is installed in each claw part 5a. A mechanism 14 automatically adjusting the position of the load detecting sensor according to the load is added to the load detecting sensor 8a. When the load of the coil is acted on the load detecting sensor 8, a guide board 22 pressurizes a spring 25 so that the spring 25 is contracted, the guide board 22 is separated from a fitting material 21 and lowered, and simultaneously the load detecting sensor 8a is lowered. This constitution can detect the coil without damaging the load detecting sensor 8a even in a case of a heavy coil.
