CONTAINER MADE OF PAPER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which consists of a material constitution wherein paper is a main material and ratio of plastics is low, and correspond to environmental problems and wherein a blank of the container is easily assembled in a mold and the flange is a smooth integrated body with no overlapped part or connected part and which can be sufficiently hermetically sealed with a seal lid. SOLUTION: A container main body 2 made of paper being a semi-product is assembled in a mold by placing a flange part wherein a paper is a main material and a superimposing piece is provided on at least one part of the inside sides of the flange 4 with a polygonal ring shape and a blank consisting of a bottom face with a polygonal shape and side faces connected with each side of the bottom face through a folded line in a vacuum or pressure forming. In addition, an inner protective film consisting of a thermoplastic resin is molded by vacuum- or pressurized molding to stick tightly it on the whole face of the inner face of the container main body 2 made of paper.
