PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely clamping a welding place, in the case that a clamping place for a welding place is not protruded toward this side and only a narrow clearance exists, by setting a first abutting part of first/second arms turnably connected to an abutting face opposite to the second arm and arranging a bent part so as to face to an abutting face of a second abutting part. SOLUTION: First/second arm members 2a, 2b respectively having first/second abutting parts 1a, 1b are turnably connected by a support member 3 and have first/second abutting faces 4a, 4b to be abutted each other on tips of two abutting parts, a grip mechanism is arranged to one end parts 8a, 8b of each arm member 2. The abutting face 4a is positioned at the side opposite to one end part 6b arranged to the abutting face of the arm member 2b. The abutting part 1b is arranged with a bent part 5, the bent part 5 is constituted so that an abutting part 1b is continued up to the position facing the abutting face 4a and detouring the abutting part 1a, the abutting face 4b is constituted at the position facing the abutting face 4a.
