PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure caused by entry of dust into a motor by facilitating mounting performance of an opening frame of a dust collecting bag, and positively fitting the opening frame to a tight packing to prevent a dust from leaking out of a dust collecting chamber. SOLUTION: A support plate 19 for supporting an opening frame 18 formed integrally with a dust collecting bag 13 is disposed at the bottom face of a dust collecting chamber 14 rotatably by a rotating shaft 20. A tight packing 23 is fixed to a wall surface 22 of the dust collecting chamber 14 corresponding to a dust suction port 21 of the opening frame 18, and its cylinder body 24 is fitted to the dust suction port 21. The upper part of the opening frame 18 fitted to the cylinder body 24 is held and fixed by a bag opening support 28 rotatably fixed to a lower body 10.
