PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and quick mutagenesis test method capable of lightening the load of an operator. SOLUTION: In this mutagenesis test method, an ATP measurement method is used as a method for measuring the number of cells or a method for measuring a cell proliferation ratio. The ATP measurement method is a luciferin- luciferase luminous reaction method. In this case, the mutagenesis test method using the cell is a chromosomal abnormality test method.
