摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low rigidity resin composition which has a low flexural modulus but has a high impact resistance, falling ball impact strength and moldability and yields a molded part having a good appearance. SOLUTION: A resin composition comprises from 10 to 80 wt.% graft polymer (A) which is prepared by polymerizing an enlarged diene rubber latex, prepared through agglomeration and enlargement of a small particulate diene rubber latex having a weight average particle size of from 0.05 to 0.15μm to attain a weight average particle size of from 0.15 to 0.8μm, and a monomer comprising an aromatic vinyl and a vinyl cyanide, from 80 to 10 wt.% copolymer (B) having an intrinsic viscosity of from 0.3 to 0.6 dl/g which is prepared by polymerizing a monomer comprising an aromatic vinyl and a vinyl cyanide, and from 1 to 20 wt.% copolymer (C) prepared by polymerizing from 50 to 90 wt.% (meth) acrylic ester having an 4-12C alkyl group, from 10 to 50 wt.% aromatic vinyl and/or vinyl cyanide and from 0 to 40 wt.% (meth)acrylic ester having an 1-3C alkyl group. Here, the resin composition has a flexural modulus of 18,000 kg/cm2 or smaller.
