PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a fitting work by fixing a semi-precast concrete plate to the upper chord of truss rods and fixing nuts to the opposite side and providing a fixing part for fixing a holed form at the tip of the nut and putting the holed form and a crosspiece between the fixing parts of metal fittings and the nut. SOLUTION: A semi-PC composite plate 6 in which truss rods 5 project onto a semi-PC plate 1, is formed. One 8a of fixing side metal fittings 8 is welded to the upper chord 3 of truss rods 5 and long nuts 9 are screwed on male screws. Then, the male screw of support metal fittings 10 is temporarily screwed in the long nut 9 through the hole 11a of a holed form 11 and the semi-PC composite plate 6 is erected and a plurality of metal fittings 7 are vertically arranged at every specified distance. Then, crosspieces 12 are laid on the support part of the support metal fittings 10 and the support metal fittings 10 are turned and substantially fastened to hold the holed form 11 and the crosspiece 12 in between the holding part 10c and the fixing part 9b of the long nut 9. Accordingly, even only one worker can carry out the fitting work.
