PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a structural cost and to simplify a maintenance work by arranging a finish block only for rolling a small diameter.wire strand in a first rolling line and a finish block for a large diameter wire strand in a second rolling line. SOLUTION: A branching device W1 is arranged at the back of an intermediate section ZW of a wire rolling line, from this part on, a first rolling line WL1 and a second rolling line WL2 are arranged in parallel and are joined at a rolling wire joining device SE through an other branching device W2. A first finish block FB1 and a back finish block NB1 are arranged in the rolling line WL1, a cooling section KS is arranged at the back thereof. A back finish block NB2 and a cooling section KS are arranged in the rolling line WL2. A small diameter wire strand only is rolled by using the first rolling line WL1, a large wire strand only is rolled by using the second rolling line WL2.
