摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply air for combustion of a gas turbine and to make air cope with peak time of power demand amount by cooling a cold storage tank by other circulated air for cooling for which heat exchange with LNG cold is performed and preliminarily manufactured and stored liquid air and supplementing cold amount required for manufacturing liquid air to the cold storage tank. SOLUTION: Each cold storage tank 14, 15 recovering cold at the time of vaporizing liquid air is used and manufacturing of liquid air by air compressing and cooling is performed. In this case, the exit temperature is raised in a state that cold of each cold storage tank 14, 15 is insufficient. Then, this rise in temperature is detected and an air circulating pump 21 is started. Namely, air of a cold storage tank 3 cooled by cold of LNG is circulated by the course of a circulated air regulating valve 20 for cooling, the cold storage tank 14 and the cold storage tank 3, cold of the cold storage tank 3 is moved to the cold storage tank 14 and the exit temperature is lowered. As for the cold storage tank 15, a liquid circulating pump 24 is started, liquid air is circulated by the course of the cold storage tank 15, a liquid air circulating valve 25 and a liquid air storage tank 17 and the cold storage tank 15 is cooled.
