PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an obstruction of degassing upon compression molding, a bulge of a molding or a change in a flash by starting preheating of a material when a die is pressurized and compressed so that a die interval becomes a given value or an applied pressure is raised to a given value. SOLUTION: A preheating starting position setter 22 and a preheating starting pressure setter 24 are suitably set and regulated so that a pressure of a cylinder 7 arrives at a preheating starting pressure before a movable board 5 arrives at a preheating starting position. When the board 5 approaches a fixed board 4 so that a material in a cavity of a movable die 2 is pressurized and compressed by a core by a fixed die 1, an oil pressure in a pressurizing chamber of the cylinder 7 is raised as its reaction force. When the pressure arrives at the preheating starting pressure, a compression and movement signal of the board 5 is switched to hold its position, and continued until next compressing step is started. The compressing step is previously programmed together with a degassing step and a repressurizing step. Thus, molding without influence of an amount of the material supplied to the die or an unevenness of a curing speed is performed, and a defective ratio of the molding can be reduced. |
